What you'll be doing
You will use your expertise to secure land and develop a strong network of leads to achieve performance and budget standards.
With the ability to make quick decisions and respond confidently to changing situations you will be preparing site profitability statements, compiling development programmes and acquisition build budgets as well as conducting sales market research.
Skill and experience
- Previous experience within the property sector
- Adept, confident, clear communicator
- Proven negotiation skills
- Good local knowledge
