Chalfont St Peter is set in a beautiful rural location in the heart of the Buckinghamshire countryside, situated in the Green Belt with breathtaking views of the Chiltern Hills.

Whilst the village can cater for most of your day-today needs, nearby Gerrards Cross, Amersham and Beaconsfield have a good selection of shops, restaurants, a number of friendly pubs, as well as a wide range of leisure and sports facilities. There are also a good choice of high standard private, state and grammar schools nearby.

Ideal for commuters, the capital is virtually on the doorstep with the advantage of a regular rail service to central London from Gerrards Cross Station. The M25 and M40 are also nearby giving good access to the Southeast's motorway network, including Heathrow Airport.
