The village of Englefield Green is situated in an elevated location with Virginia Water to the south, Windsor Great Park to the west and north and historical Runnymede and the Thames to the east. Built in the mid 19th century, this historic village with the Royal Holloway College of the University of London and the Airforces Memorial on Coopers Hill at the other end, overlooks the water meadows between Staines and Windsor, where the Magna Carta was signed in June 1215.

Ideally located for transport links, the M25 (J13) is around 2.1miles away at Egham, offering easy access to the M3 and M4 along with the rest of the motorway network. Egham railway station is just 1.3 miles away offering fast connections to London Waterloo in just 41 minutes. For those travelling further afield, London Heathrow airport (Terminal 5) is just 5.6 miles away.

With its superb shopping and nightlife, the historical town of Windsor is just 4.5 miles away, offering bars, restaurants and shopping, ranging from designer boutiques to department stores. Closer to hand, Egham offers everything for day to day needs and also some excellent pubs and restaurants.
