Warren Farm Close is conveniently located a short distance from Epsom town centre with its varied selection of shops in The Ashley Centre which also houses the Epsom Playhouse.  The town is also very well served with a variety of bars and restaurants.  The local primary and secondary schools have an excellent reputation together with a selection of independent schools.  There are many golf courses and Country Clubs in the area and not forgetting Epsom Race Course, home of The Derby.
