The Shanly Group is proud to announce two award wins at the recent Thames Valley Property Awards. The event, held at Ascot Racecourse, saw the Thames Valley team take home the Residential Development of the Year, for its Thameside scheme in Windsor, and the prestigious Housebuilder of the Year Award.
Thameside is a collection of 24 two and three-bedroom apartments. They are finished to a high specification, providing enviable views over the River Thames and has Windsor Castle as its backdrop. Thameside is not only perfectly placed, but it offers buyers a sleek design and sumptuous space, whilst providing the utmost in quality design. Furthermore, the curved shape of the building, resembling a wave, is a nod to its riverside location.
The Housebuilder of the Year accolade is awarded to a housebuilder in the Thames Valley area who can demonstrate the delivery of high-quality new homes in the region. As well as the creation of communities where people of all generations would like to live and visit. The award is a testament to Shanly Homes' consistent attention to detail and high specification of new homes.
