Customer Care

The Handover Pack that you receive upon completion contains the finer details of our responsibilities as well as recommended ways to maintain your new home. Your home will have been thoroughly checked prior to completion, but occasionally matters can arise once the home is occupied.


Your new home benefits from a 10 year NHBC Warranty which covers any major defects in construction.


The first two years of your warranty are covered by Shanly Homes and during this time, should you encounter any problems that are causing you concern, our regional Customer Care team are available during normal office hours. We have a formal customer service process in place to ensure that your enquiry is dealt with within an estimated timescale. Our team will always aim to be professional, efficient, businesslike and helpful in dealing with any problem.
