Sales Procedures

You will have a dedicated Sales Manager based at the regional office to oversee your purchase. Your on-site Sales Representatives will deal with all the administration and chasing that it takes to push your sale forward. They have clear guidelines to ensure that your sales process runs as smoothly as possible. From the day that you make your reservation, we are focused on getting you into your new home. We are experts at following the legal progression. We closely monitor your chain from top to bottom and liaise with you on a regular basis. Working with you and your solicitors we do all we can to ensure the purchase runs smoothly from reservation to exchange of contracts.


Once contracts have exchanged or as soon as your property is build complete, you will be given a Home Demonstration to show you the property in detail and discuss warranties/procedures. This is an essential part of the sales process, it enables you to fully understand how your new home works and how completion and handover will take place. On the day of completion, as soon as we know that funds have been received by our solicitors, you will be given your detailed Handover Pack and guided through our Handover procedure, after which point the keys will be released to you so you can enjoy your new home.
