Imagine a blank canvas for you to create a whole new way of marketing, incorporating branding, advertising, market research, PR, SEO and, importantly, our customers' journey.
Working in partnership with the various divisions you will build a clear understanding of our properties and product, what our customers want and value, and feed this into a creative and professional marketing plan.
You will want to take a hands-on approach, speaking with customers, carrying out regular secret shops and competitor analysis. Maximising the effectiveness of all our media channels and campaigns, you will be able to succinctly report on what delivers best social engagement and return on investment, constantly looking at ways to enhance this.
With a focus on the latest customer needs and marketing innovations, you will put forward cost-effective recommendations and follow through to completion.
You'll provide inspiring leadership to two marketing managers and enhance their development. You will see ways to improve the efficiency of the marketing team and minimise costs with fresh-thinking external agencies and consultancies.
We are passionate about our business and want someone who is equally passionate about delivering a complete marketing service. You will have proven experience in successfully devising a marketing plan in a similar sized company that you were active in implementing. A creative and innovative thinker you will want to drive forward the marketing function to the next level, roll up your sleeves and support teams at all levels in the business to help achieve your aims.
