What you will be doing
Working as part of a small, friendly office team you will be flexible in helping out as and when needed across a range of departments to keep everything running smoothly. This will include:
- general reception duties in taking all incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing deliveries
- organising the post and distributing to the different teams across the office
- general administration such as filing, preparing documents and photocopying/scanning
- assisting in organising meetings and regular office events for example weekly fruit deliveries, company lunches, etc
- helping to keep the office environment looking presentable with general upkeep of meeting spaces, organisation of filing, etc
- ad hoc tasks such as providing refreshments and organising lunches for meetings.
Skills and experience
- previous office administration experience would be beneficial
- competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- highly organised approach
- flexible by nature with a can-do attitude
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- a desire to learn and develop further in the role.
