Office Administrator

Southern (Leatherhead)

What you will be doing

 

Working as part of a small, friendly office team you will be flexible in helping out as and when needed across a range of departments to keep everything running smoothly. This will include:

  • general reception duties in taking all incoming calls, greeting visitors and managing deliveries
  • organising the post and distributing to the different teams across the office
  • general administration such as filing, preparing documents and photocopying/scanning
  • assisting in organising meetings and regular office events for example weekly fruit deliveries, company lunches, etc
  • helping to keep the office environment looking presentable with general upkeep of meeting spaces, organisation of filing, etc
  • ad hoc tasks such as providing refreshments and organising lunches for meetings.

 

Skills and experience

 

  • previous office administration experience would be beneficial
  • competent user of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • highly organised approach
  • flexible by nature with a can-do attitude
  • good communication and interpersonal skills
  • a desire to learn and develop further in the role.
