Sales Manager

Southern (Leatherhead)

 

What you will be doing

As Sales Manager within our Southern region you will work closely with all parties to close sales at the best price, achieving completions to timescales and ensure that the properties are ready to handover with a customer focused sales journey on all of our developments:

  • Manage the appointment of selling agents and solicitors for each of the developments, working in collaboration with them to achieve sales to budget and timescales.
  • Ensure that appointed Sales Consultants on site are fully inducted into the company and our processes, have a great knowledge of each of the units and effectively present this to our customers.
  • With effective use of our CRM system manage the sales reservations process, ensure these are progressed efficiently through to exchange and completion, providing supporting and communicating well at each stage.
  • Take pride in the presentation of our developments, identifying any areas for improvement.
  • Support with the marketing of developments with external agencies, fully reviewing the effectiveness of activity with control of spend.
  • Actively monitor competitor new homes sales strategy and reflect this within your management of developments.

 

Skills and experience

  • Demonstratable experience in new homes sales
  • Adept at leading remote teams based on sites
  • Good knowledge of property marketing
  • Practical knowledge of the Consumer Code for Housebuilders
  • Strong communicator and negotiator
  • Great team player
