Christmas Period Emergency Contact Details

Our offices in both Beaconsfield and Leatherhead are closed for the Christmas period from Friday 21st December and will be re-opening on Wednesday 2nd January.

If you are a new home owner and are experiencing an emergency during this time you will find your emergency contact numbers in:

  • Your handover paperwork
  • Your New Home Guide
  • Christmas closure letter sent from your regional customer care team
  • Either your under stairs or linen cupboard

Please consult "Your New Home Guide" to establish what is classed as an emergency.  Should you be unable to get through to the emergency service you are attempting to contact and, on reference to "Your New Home Guide", you have verified that the problem is classed as an emergency, please call out a local tradesman and Shanly Homes will reimburse the cost of same upon the re-opening of the office. Please ensure that you obtain a receipt detailing the work the local tradesman has undertaken.
