New Builds Balcombe
Balcombe is in central Sussex, 36 miles south of London and close to Gatwick Airport. It features the community ran Half Moon Inn and Balcombe Cricket Club which are great places to relax, have a picnic or enjoy a match. A short distance to the north, the South of England Showground holds major shows and events.
Nearby Haywards Heath has a wide range of excellent places to eat, such as The Broadway, a group of restaurants, bistros, sandwich shops and wine bars, offering something for everyone. There are also lovely walks and cycle routes for people to enjoy.
There is a regular train service from Balcombe to London Bridge via Southern Railway and Thameslink. They also provide a service to Brighton.
