"I am an avid gamer, so it was really important for me to find a home where I had enough space to host friends for games nights. "I moved in at the beginning of August and feel really settled already, I can walk to work in just under ten minutes and I have plenty of space to work from home if needed. Before lockdown, I was a regular gym goer and whilst working from home I have found the living area is a great space to exercise and when the weather has been nice I've also been using the balcony!" he continues.

"The whole apartment has been finished to a high specification, I visited a number of other developments and some of them didn't come with any appliances, which was definitely a bonus when I looked here! The local area is great too, I have two sisters, aged nine and 13, who often stay over and there is plenty to keep them occupied.
