Final Waterside Quarter sculpture is unveiled

We were thrilled to host a fun-filled sculpture unveiling event at Waterside Quarter, Maidenhead on Saturday, May 13th. The event marked the completion of the Maidenhead Memories sculpture trail, which features eight pieces of public art scattered throughout the three phases of our waterside development.

To celebrate this milestone, we invited the local community to join us in unveiling the final piece of the trail - a beautifully crafted fairground horse, painted in a traditional style by heritage artist Joby Carter of Carters Steam Fair. The winner of our horse sculpture naming competition, 7-year-old Rose, had the honour of revealing the stunning artwork alongside Joby.

The fairground horse pays homage to Carters Steam Fair, a much-loved vintage funfair that travelled the country for 45 years. All eight pieces of art in the sculpture trail aim to celebrate the history of Maidenhead, and we're proud to have them as part of our development.

Waterside Quarter is a unique development that combines the vibrancy of town-centre living with the tranquillity of flowing water. We're currently selling our last phase of one and two-bedroom apartments, and we invite you to come and experience the lifestyle that Waterside Quarter has to offer.
