Last week, as part of Shanly Group's 50th anniversary celebrations, Shanly Homes and Sorbon Estates went head to head in a game of cricket at Beaconsfield Cricket Club.
After a nail-biting three hours, Shanly Homes came out victorious with a score of 148 for 9 while Sorbon Estates scored a fair 94 all out.
Man of the Match was given to Thames Valley Sales Manager, Toby Parkinson, who impressed as a batsman, fielder and bowler.
Following the match, pizza and refreshments were enjoyed by the players and Shanly staff who came to support their colleagues.
A big thank you to Shanly Group buyer, Andy Howard, for his thorough and dedicated organisation of the match and Beaconsfield Cricket Pitch for accommodating us. An additional thank you to Head of Architectural Services, Jon Day, and Architectural Assistant, Kamila Bemben, for scoring and North London's Head of Commercial, Ian Smith, for umpiring.
