The annual RESI Awards, organised by Property Week, is an exceptional evening, recognising success throughout the residential property sector and considered an important calendar date for all RESI professionals. These esteemed awards sell out year on year, bringing together over a thousand key players in the residential market, including leading developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, financiers, agencies and local authorities.
The RESI Awards website describes the Small Developer of the Year category as one that recognises "niche or up-and-coming developers that have punched above their weight with a flagship scheme; can show significant growth in their pipeline or have pioneered systems and approaches that bigger rivals cannot match".
