We are delighted to announce that Waterside Quarter won the Residential Development of the Year award at the Thames Valley Property Awards 2022. The award was presented to the Shanly Homes (Thames Valley) team at a black-tie gala awards ceremony hosted by comedian Marcus Brigstocke and was held at Ascot Racecourse on Wednesday 16th November.

It has been quite a journey to deliver this scheme. Waterside Quarter is the final piece of the jigsaw for this new restaurant quarter in the heart of Maidenhead Town Centre which is bringing a new vibrancy to the town. I am extremely proud of the team, both those directly and indirectly employed by the business."
The overall Chapel Arches development, of which Waterside Quarter is the third and final phase, has won a number of awards since it began in 2015.
