CORT FURNITURE RENTAL INCENTIVE
Terms and Conditions
Option 1 - Incentive payable directly to CORT
- Shanly Homes will pay an agreed amount directly to CORT on legal completion to cover rental of furniture for a duration of time agreed at time of reservation, plus any delivery costs incurred for the delivery of that furniture.
- The rental agreement is between CORT and the customer and to be signed by those parties only.
- The customer is solely responsible for the cancellation of the rental agreement at such time as the customer no longer requires the furniture.
- If the customer cancels the rental agreement prior to the completion of the duration of time agreed at time of reservation, any refund will be paid directly to the customer providing 3 months of rental has elapsed.
- Should the customer fail to complete their purchase with Shanly Homes, any costs incurred by Shanly Homes in relation to the furniture rental incentive will be deducted from the customer's reservation fee.
- Date and time for delivery and installation of furniture is to be agreed between CORT and the customer.
- Shanly Homes will not sign for any furniture delivery.
- No access to the property for the purposed of furniture delivery will be permitted until the date of legal completion.
- After exchange of contracts, access by prior arrangement, may be permitted for the purposes of measuring up by CORT. This is subject to prior agreement with the Sales Manager for the development.
Option 2 - Incentive is deducted from customer's final completion payment. Customer pays CORT directly each month.
- Shanly Homes will deduct the agreed value of the furniture rental incentive from the final balance payable by the customer to enable legal completion.
- The incentive will only be payable if the customer has already entered into a furniture rental agreement with CORT for the duration of time as agreed at the time of reservation.
- The customer is free to enter into a rental agreement with CORT at any time after reservation at the customer's risk and should the customer fail to legally complete, any costs incurred will be to the account of the customer.
- The rental agreement is between CORT and the customer and to be signed by those parties only.
- The customer is solely responsible for the cancellation of the rental agreement at such time as the customer no longer requires the furniture.
- The minimum term of the rental agreement between the customer and CORT is no less than 3 months.
- Date and time for delivery and installation of furniture is to be agreed between CORT and the customer.
- Shanly Homes will not sign for any furniture delivery.
- No access to the property for the purposed of furniture delivery will be permitted until the date of legal completion.
- After exchange of contracts, access by prior arrangement, may be permitted for the purposes of measuring up by CORT. This is subject to prior agreement with the Sales Manager for the development.
OWN NEW - RATE REDUCER
Only available on selected developments and selected plots. Shanly Homes will make a cash payment after completion of 3% or 5% of the purchase price of the property to Own New, which will be passed on the relevant participating lender so that they can offer a mortgage product at a rate that is subsidised from their usual product range.
Mortgage offers will be made at the lenders discretion and in line with their criteria and therefore this offer does not constitute a guarantee of a mortgage offer. This incentive is only available when paying the full purchase asking price and is not available in conjuction with any other offer or incentive.
BROADLEAF PLACE - £1,000 JOHN LEWIS GIFT VOUCHER
Only available on selected plots. For reservations made between 12.01am on 27th December and 12pm on 30th December only. £1,000 voucher is payable on completion. The developer retains the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
FACEBOOK - INSTAGRAM BOMBAY STORY PRIZE DRAW
- Employees of the Shanly Group, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the creation/implementation of the competition will not be permitted to enter.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- The competition will commence at 09:00 GMT on 23 April 2024 and all entries must be received by 00:00 GMT on 7 May 2024.
- 1 winner will be selected at random and contacted privately via Instagram or Facebook to arrange delivery of their prize.
- The prize for the winner is one voucher for Bombay Story Maidenhead.
- The Shanly Group's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Shanly Group reserves the right (a) to substitute an alternative prize of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the competition without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
- The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner and any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party.

- This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.
- These terms and conditions are governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
