Nestled in the ‘Chiltern beechwoods’, the charming town of Beaconsfield enjoys excellent road and rail links with a direct service into London Marylebone in under half an hour. For lovers of good quality steak cooked to perfection Charter Place couldn’t be better located, Prime Steak and Grill is just 0.1 of a mile away. Beaconsfield New Town also offers a multitude of other cuisines within a few minutes’ walk including Gail’s Bakery, China Diner, The Cape offering classics with a South African twist, and Fego artisanal bakehouse. The M40 junction 2 is just 2.5 miles away connecting to the M25 and M4 via the M404 at High Wycombe. For international travel, Heathrow Airport is just 14 miles drive from our new homes in Beaconsfield. 

There’s a host of education facilities on the doorstep of Charter Place. Within half a mile there are two primary schools, two secondary schools – both academies – as well as independent schools including Davenies Preparatory for boys, and High March for girls aged 3-11. For higher education New Buckinghamshire University, High Wycombe Campus is just 6 miles away.
