The role will include raising payments, issusing drawings, data input and general administration duties.

Project Manager

The commercial arm of the Group is currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Estates Managers and Maintenance Surveyors.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Project Manager will arrange refurbishment, conversion and new build projects ranging from £50k to £1.5m from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a building/quantity surveying background with a solid understanding of building technology. Other qualities required are good commercial awareness, an eye for detail and superb communication skills.

Quality Control Manager
Quality Control - Group

We are currently seeking a first class Quality Control Manager to ensure that our high standards of workmanship are maintained and that compliance with NHBC and other relevant regulations are met on our residential development sites. This will involve regular inspections on site, advice to both site and management, producing reports and maintaining records. Attendance at all NHBC meetings as required and keeping up to date with new NHBC regulations. Previous experience within a similar role in the building trade is essential along with exceptional knowledge of NHBC requirements.
